At Keller Williams Integrity Realty, we believe in celebrating agent achievements and recognizing the hard work, dedication, and success of our team members. Our Agent Awards Program is designed to honor agents who achieve exceptional Gross Commission Income (GCI) and Units closed.
This guide outlines the award tiers, eligibility criteria, and the recognition you’ll receive at each level. Whether you're a rising star or an elite top producer, there’s an opportunity to be celebrated at every stage of your journey.
Award Levels & Criteria
Our award system tracks two key performance metrics:
- GCI (Gross Commission Income) — The total commissions earned before expenses.
- Units — The total number of closed deals (buy/sell transactions) during the year.
Agents must meet either the GCI requirement or the Units requirement to qualify for an award.

How the Awards Work
- Automatic Qualification: Agents are automatically eligible for the award tier once they reach either the GCI or Units milestone during the year.
- Dual Recognition: Agents can qualify for an award tier by hitting either the GCI requirement or the Units requirement, whichever is achieved first.
Recognition & Celebration
- Award Certificates: Recipients will receive a certificate or plaque to commemorate their achievement.
- Recognition Events: Awards are presented at key events, such as the annual Awards Ceremony.
- Internal Acknowledgment: Award recipients are celebrated in office communications, newsletters, and social media shoutouts.
