When agents move into or between offices, their name and title are typically displayed on their office door or window as part of our branding standard. However, the cost of this name vinyl depends on the circumstances of the move and the rental agreement.

Policy Overview

1. Moving into an Office with Free Rent

  • Agents moving into an office where free rent is provided will be responsible for the cost of their name vinyl.
  • Agents moving into an office with 3-4 months of free rent will have the cost of their name and title vinyl covered by Keller Williams Integrity Realty.
  • What’s Included: Agents can purchase a vinyl displaying their name and title.
  • Additional Customization: If an agent chooses to include their logo, they must pay the full cost of the customization.
  • Important: Leases must be signed to have the agent's name placed on the door.

2. Moving into an Office with Paid Rent

  • Agents paying rent for their office will have the cost of their name and title vinyl covered by Keller Williams Integrity Realty.
  • Additional Customization: If the agent chooses to include their logo, they must pay the extra cost for the logo.
  • Important: Leases must be signed to have the agent's name placed on the door.

3. Switching Offices at the Agent’s Request

  • If an agent requests to switch offices, they will be responsible for the full cost of the new name vinyl.
  • What’s Included: The agent can choose to display their name, title, and/or logo, but they must cover all associated costs.

4. Switching Offices at Keller Williams’ Request

  • If Keller Williams requests that an agent switch offices, the cost of the name and title vinyl will be covered by Keller Williams Integrity Realty.
  • Additional Customization: If the agent wishes to include their logo, they must pay for the additional cost of the logo.

1. Determine Cost Responsibility

2. Submit a Name Vinyl Request

  • The Team Leader or Agent Services Manager must submit a request to the Operations Manager with the following details:
    • Office location requiring the vinyl name.
    • Name as it should appear on the vinyl.
    • Title (e.g., Sales Representative, Broker).
    • Whether a logo will be included.
      • If yes, the agent must send their logo to the Operations Manager to schedule the work.

3. Confirm Pricing

  • If the agent is responsible for part or all of the cost, the Operations Manager will provide a quote for the name vinyl and logo.
  • The agent is responsible for direct payment to the vendor (if applicable).

4. Payment & Order

  • Agents covering costs must pay the vendor directly.
  • Orders will be processed by the Operations Manager once payment is confirmed.

5. Installation

  • Once the vinyl is ready, it will be installed by the office’s approved vendor to maintain consistency and professionalism.
