Superman Booths are designated quiet workspaces for agents who need a focused, professional environment for administrative tasks, virtual meetings, and client calls. These booths operate on a first come, first serve basis and are available to all agents.
To maintain order, professionalism, and equal access, agents must follow the usage policy outlined below.
Superman Booths are open:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Agents may enter their chosen times of use in the form at registration.
Booths are first come, first serve—no advance reservations or spot holding is permitted.
Agents must sign in using the QR code form posted on or near the booth. Click here to access the form
If an agent leaves the booth unattended for an extended time, it may be reassigned.
Agents are expected to leave the booth in a clean and orderly condition following use.
Before exiting the booth, ensure the following:
All personal items are removed
Surfaces are wiped down
Chair and furnishings are reset to their original position
To maintain a productive environment for all agents:
Use headphones for phone calls and video meetings is encouraged
Keep noise to a minimum and avoid disruptive behavior
Failure to comply with the Superman Booth Usage Policy may result in the following consequences:
Loss of booth privileges
Cleaning Fee: $25 if the booth is left in poor condition
Agents who wish to reserve a Superman Booth for dedicated, ongoing use may inquire about renting a booth.

1. Can I reserve a booth in advance?
No. Superman Booths are strictly first come, first serve, unless you have a rental agreement in place.

3. Can I rent a booth for ongoing use?
Yes. Inquire with the General Manager, Operations Manager, Agent Services Manager, or Reception to learn more.
4. Can I step away from the booth and return?
Short breaks are permitted. However, prolonged absence may result in the booth being reassigned.
5. What if I find a booth in poor condition?
Report the issue immediately to the Front Desk or Operations Manager.
6. Who enforces this policy?
The Operations Manager and Leadership Team are responsible for monitoring compliance.
